Just as each word in the Torah has embedded into it layers of meaning, so our body carries its own language. We shape our lives from this internal language though our genetic code, our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and learned patterns of movement.

During these workshops we will explore how the wisdom of the divine, through our body, can be unlocked through movement processes, expanded perceptual states and hands-on learning.

There are three workshops in this series: April 19th, May 17th, and June 21st. The sub-theme for each workshop will change each month. The theme for April is: Freedom to Truly Connect
