Each of us puts great effort into creating a sense of meaning and fulfillment in our lives. We have an inherent need to feel connected and unique at the same time. How to go about this is often the challenge. During this workshop you will explore how to:

• Experience greater presence
• Access vulnerability for deeper connection to yourself and your relationships

Experience an introduction to Integrated Awareness® and learn to use self-discovery to promote self-healing. This class is for those new to IA, as well as, those with much experience.

You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor movement.
