Intimacy: Sacred or Scary?

• Does Intimacy matter to you?
• Do you have the deep connection to yourself or an other that you truly want?
• Do you find that you can easily have sexual connection with your partner, but still don't necessarily have a sense of closeness?

• Do you feel deeply connected with your partner but can't get yourself revved up for action?

In this free evening you will learn:

• How vulnerability and intimacy are connected
• Explore one body part to learn how we allow and block intimacy
• How physical presence truly affects connection

If you have wondered how to one goes about looking at deep issues such as intimacy, vulnerability and belonging through embodiment rather than talking about it, come to this event.

You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor movement.
