The longest day of the year is near. The light at this time is reflective of our inner light. Come and explore new ways to perceive the many expressions of this illumination.

During Integrated Awareness® (IA) workshops we explore how:

• New movements enable change in behavior
• Vulnerability equals connection
• To access more presence and deeper self-trust, trust of others and of life itself
• Divine wisdom can be garnered through our bodies

You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor movement.
