To have what your heart desires lies in your ability to receive. We will explore ways to use our body to be open and receptive.

During Integrated Awareness® (IA) workshops we explore how:

• New movements enable change in behavior
• Vulnerability equals connection
• To access more presence and deeper self-trust, trust of others and of life itself
• Divine wisdom can be garnered through our bodies

You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor movement.
