Toward the Light, Not Out of Darkness

How do we find the way to move toward what it is we want rather than away from what we don't want? We will explore how you reach out, and where you hold back - in your body/mind/spirit. This will be an illuminating experience in time for the winter solstice.

During Integrated Awareness® (IA) workshops we explore how:

• New movements enable change in behavior
• Vulnerability equals connection
• To access more presence and deeper self-trust, trust of others and of life itself
• Divine wisdom can be garnered through our bodies

You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor movement.
