Introduction to Integrated Awareness
Keep Life Fresh
Have you had one of those days recently when you say, "Gah, this again?" about the commute to work, your job, an annoying neighbor, or your partner habitually leaving the toilet seat up (or down)? The freshness can go out of our daily life as fast as a package of cellophane wrapped salmon in the refrigerator.
We all know that presence has something to do with keeping things alive and fresh. But how many of us know, or remember, that the simplest movements and inhibited movements can block the ease in which we become present and stay that way.
In the March class, we will explore what and how our body helps and hinders us from allowing our self to see the world, each other, and our life fresh each day.
Come re-remember how to keep your life interesting and to have your joy be accessible? Learn through your body's wisdom.
During Integrated Awareness® (IA) workshops we explore how:
- New movements enable change in behavior
- Vulnerability equals connection
- To access more presence and deeper self-trust, trust of others and of life itself
- Divine wisdom can be garnered through our bodies
You are encouraged to approach this class anticipating discovery and real change to occur. Dress for gentle floor
movement.
