Resolution or Revolution?

Wed 1/13/10    7:00 - 9:00 PM

Most of you have already revolted against resolutions....and maybe you even find them revolting. What about the revolutionary idea that your body can inhibit good intentions for change no matter how sincere?Come discover how your body blocks your biggest intention for 2010 and allow at least one possibility to become a probability in 2010.

In Memory of Magic
Oct 1988 - January 5, 2010

You who did CAT so well
I watched you emerge - tailless
black silk fur like otter's and tongue like sandpaper
You are the one I loved so completely
that your passing finally cracked open
the last  pretense in my heart
with the chisel of your tenacious love and
unabashed bliss
You have cracked me open so wide that
I receive love and pour it out now
like the way you would
- not just bask in the sun- but
transcend, a fur transmitter of sunlight
into joy frequency
You basking/transcending in the light
You just simply being - profoundly divine in your simplicity
You did not demand love
you just inspired the urge to give
like the way you dropped to one side
and lifted your head coquettishly...pet me
There was no way to resist

You who lived another year when I asked after the divorce
And another year after selling The House
You lived another year after Mom died just because I asked
Or maybe not
Maybe you just were busy being and transmitting

You who did cat so well
You did the most to teach me about
being human
