Busting Holiday Triggers

How DO you keep yourself centered and content through the classic holiday triggers; family, shopping, traffic, memories of what should have been, or was? Learn how your body plays a role and some tips you can use for more holiday ease. You will feel relaxed after this class, so consider it a break from your routine rather than one more thing to do.


 

We will use micro-movements and expanded consciousness to explore our inner rules and inhibitions in order to open up to new possibilities. Experience how the contribution of enhanced perception and movement brings ease to your daily life.

Sally Churgel, Integrated Awareness® Teacher, began studying Integrated Awareness® in 1992 and was certified as a teacher in 1996. Sally brings observation and listening skills to her healing and teaching that she  learned from 15 years of facilitation and 10 years operating a ropes course/team building company. She has offered private sessions in Australia and New Zealand. Sally sees private clients and couples in San Francisco and Rohnert Park, California.
