We're already a few weeks into the new year. Is anyone else out there overwhelmed occasionally at getting into all the projects you swore you would start after the new year? How many of you come out of the holiday season rested and raring to get going? Well, that's not one of my specialties so I designed next week's workshop to addresses this.  

                             
 Overwhelm Is Not Presence

If you are in overwhelm you are not in the present moment. There is a similarity between our present conflictual feelings and our childhood experiences. Where we contract in our body during a moment of overwhelm is near universal. Come find out where in your body it is and how to notice it before overwhelm overwhelms you.  

 We will use micro-movements and expanded consciousness to explore our inner rules and inhibitions in order to open up to new possibilities. Experience how the contribution of enhanced perception and movement brings ease to your daily life.
