Love: Control vs Support?
Valentine's day - oh yeah, we all know what it's supposed to be. And most of us have our ideas of what we want it to be. Do you approach it with an attitude of hearts and roses or bah humbug or just ignore the whole thing till it goes away?
Have you ever had the kind of Valentine's day that was (pick one) disappointing, triggering, sad, aggravating, fun and too expensive, or just too expensive?
All those expectations, of course, come from lifetime of cultural overlay. But did you know that they are rooted in your infancy when control and support got confused?

Benefit for Noah McSweeney
You all hear me talk about loving to dance so much. Well I plan to dance a lot tomorrow night at a fundraiser for Noah, Mary Ellen Wells and Brian McSweeney's son. They want to send him to the Autistic Treatment Center in Massachusetts where they feel he will get the best shot at a rewarding life.

My dear and brilliant friend and colleague, Meagan Pugh, D. Min, has written a book based on her Spiral of Healing classes. As a participant in her classes, I have experienced her wisdom and have had amazing breakthroughs and insights from the processes outlined in the book.

Sally brings observation and listening skills to her healing and teaching that she learned from 15 years of facilitation and 10 years operating a ropes course/team building company.
