We've been revisiting adolescence through exploring how many of the body postures that were anchored in our teens are still operative now. 

 

We will continue to look at how underlying beliefs and attitudes developed in our teens affect our sense of success, belonging, relationships, and well-being. Letting go of even one habitual posture can help us find what many of still long for - deep and abiding self love.  

 

This is a highly experiential workshop that offers simple, yet profound changes.

Sally Churgel, Integrated Awareness® Teacher, began studying Integrated Awareness® in 1992 and was certified as a teacher in 1996. Sally brings observation and listening skills to her healing and teaching that she  learned from 15 years of facilitation and 10 years operating a ropes course/team building company. She has offered private sessions in Australia and New Zealand. Sally sees private clients and couples in San Francisco and Rohnert Park, California.
